To address formulation needs related to K2 stability in complex systems, liquid applications, and clean-label product development, Richen Nutritionals has further upgraded its vitamin K2 portfolio with sucrose-free microencapsulation technology.

RiviK2® Sucrose-Free Microencapsulated Vitamin K2 maintains good stability in formulations containing calcium and magnesium while offering cold-water dispersibility, making it better suited to liquid products and instant drink formulations.

This provides formulators with greater flexibility when incorporating vitamin K2 into different product formats. Richen Nutritionals can also provide customized development support based on specific dosage forms and market requirements, helping partners create more differentiated clean-label products.

Rimind PS™ Oil Dispersion:Expanding Application Possibilities for Oil-Based Dosage Forms

To address challenges such as high viscosity and poor flowability in oil-based systems, particularly in softgel and other oil-based formulations, Richen Nutritionals introduced Rimind PS™ Oil Dispersion.

After shearing, the product disperses uniformly in vegetable oils to form a stable and homogeneous system. No additional milling is required, helping simplify the manufacturing process, improve production efficiency, and reduce the risk of lipid oxidation associated with additional processing.

Rimind PS™ Oil Dispersion is available in 50%, 60%, and 70% PS concentrations. Compared with traditional low-concentration 20% PS oil, the higher-concentration formats provide greater formulation flexibility and improved cost efficiency, offering a new application option for softgels, oil-based beverages, and other oil-based dosage forms.
