Ultrafine Grinding Line
Equipped with multiple advanced machines, including a universal grinder and a jet mill, this line uses airflow collision and graded rotary cutting technology to reduce ingredient particle size to the micron level. By doing so, it effectively addresses key pain points such as grittiness, color speckling, and sedimentation, significantly improving nutrient absorption efficiency and product palatability. The line also offers flexible compatibility with a wide range of raw materials, enabling efficient mixing and homogenization.


Granulation Line
This line integrates dry, wet, and multifunctional granulation systems, applying pharmaceutical-grade granulation technologies to the advanced processing of food ingredients. It enhances key material properties—including flowability, compressibility, dispersibility, resistance to segregation, blend uniformity, and stability—thereby significantly improving product stability and nutrient absorption and utilization.


Microencapsulation Line
This line uses spray-drying technology to convert liquid ingredients into powder through a three-step process of atomization, drying, and separation. Equipped with a nitrogen protection system, it effectively isolates oxygen and provides comprehensive protection for heat-sensitive and oxidation-prone active ingredients. The line achieves an encapsulation efficiency of over 99%, while strictly controlling the moisture content of finished products to below 3%. It is widely used in applications such as taste masking, sustained release, and antioxidant systems for nutritional ingredients, helping enhance overall product competitiveness.
